About Deploy Joy
Deploy Joy is an independent Salesforce consultancy founded by Jasmine Ashley, built around clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful delivery.
It was created to provide organisations with commercially neutral, experience-led Salesforce advisory and implementation support. As an independent consultancy — not a reseller or partner — DeployJoy offers objective guidance focused solely on what is right for the client, not what needs to be sold.
After working across pre-sales, solution engineering, implementation, QA, and delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem, I saw firsthand how misalignment between sales, design, and execution can create confusion for organisations. DeployJoy exists to close that gap.
The aim is simple: to help organisations make confident, well-informed decisions about Salesforce, and to ensure solutions are grounded in real-world use — not just technical design.
Founder -Jasmine
Jasmine is a Salesforce consultant with over a decade of experience across the Salesforce ecosystem.
I’m originally from New Zealand and now live and work in the UK, having built my career across different countries, teams, and cultures. I see businesses — not just as systems and structures, but as unique cultures made up of people.
I value clear communication, mutual respect, and creating environments where people feel supported to do their best work.

Having operated across advisory, delivery, and optimisation within the Salesforce ecosystem, I understand how commercial positioning, technical design, and day-to-day usage intersect.
That perspective allows me to evaluate proposals, implementations, and enhancements with context — not in isolation. Decisions are considered in terms of business impact, delivery feasibility, and long-term usability.
DeployJoy is intentionally independent but ecosystem-aware. Where a project requires additional specialism or capacity, I collaborate with trusted consultants and partners to ensure the right outcome.
The goal is always alignment and clarity — not ownership of work for its own sake.
