When does my org get the next Salesforce release?

Salesforce upgrades every org three times a year — Winter, Spring and Summer. The dates quoted in blog posts are when the rollout starts, not when it reaches you. Your date depends on which instance your org sits on, which is why no single calendar on a website is right for everyone.

To find yours: in Salesforce, go to Setup, then Company Information, and note your Instance. Then go to status.salesforce.com, search for that instance, and open the Maintenances tab — your upgrade window is listed there. Release notes for every version are published at salesforce.com/releases.

Certifications

I hold five active Salesforce certifications: Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Sales Consultant and Agentforce Service Consultant.

Certifications are maintained against each Salesforce release, so they track the platform rather than the year I sat them.
